Pastor Todd has served at Concord Evangelical Free Church since January 2001. He graduated from Maranatha Baptist Bible College in Watertown, WI. His passion is to see people come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and for them to grow in a deeper relationship with Christ.

Pastor Todd and his wife Tammy have 3 children and 12 grandchildren.
